• Images & files: photos you upload (stored in Firebase Storage) for features like plant scanning or reports.
• Location: only if you grant permission (for land pinning / map features).

• Provide and operate the App and its features (auth, storage, scanning).
• Send administrative messages and notifications.
• Improve and analyze the App (analytics and crash reporting).

We use third-party services including Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics). These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not sell user data.

4. Sharing & retention

We share user uploads and reports with app admins for review. We retain data as required to operate the service and as permitted by law.
